The index page can be difficult to navigate for really large git
servers. This change allows a configuration like:

 section-collapse=people
 section-collapse=tests

And an index page would only display the "people" and "tests" section
headers entries (not their repos) with a hyperlink that can be used to
drill down into each section.

Additionally the boolean logic around displaying sections in
ui-repolist.c was simplified to eliminate an impossible condition.

Upstream continues to replace unsigned char *sha1 with struct
object_id old_oid. This makes the required changes.

The git lib has its own main function now. Rename our main function
to cmd_main, it is called from main then.

Update to git version v2.7.0.

* Upstream commit ed1c9977cb1b63e4270ad8bdf967a2d02580aa08 (Remove
  get_object_hash.) changed API:

  Convert all instances of get_object_hash to use an appropriate
  reference to the hash member of the oid member of struct object.
  This provides no functional change, as it is essentially a macro
  substitution.
